At the July 2026 IWG TTP scientific discussions in Paris, the group reviewed its formal organizational structure and 2026–2027 priorities, then worked through emerging scientific issues including recombinant ADAMTS13 surveillance, cTTP terminology and event definitions, iTTP outcomes, and evolving treatment strategies.
The meeting also identified future publication priorities, including updates to prior definitions work, cTTP definitions, plasma-exchange-free treatment questions, and potential IWG TTP proceedings.
